The presence of its own program (developed on the basis of Unilab) for the selection of serial equipment online, for individual solutions, calculations and desig, the certified program of the Italian manufacturer Unilab is used, which ensures the accurate design of heat exchangers.

CONFIGURATION:

1. Pipe and lamella

Choosing the right material in the production of heat exchangers is very important. Inside the copper tubes Heating/cooling liquid circulates, which condensing\cooling\heating\evaporating during the operation of the heat exchanger, heating\cooling the air that passes through. Configuration of circuits\passes has different values depending on the operational mode of the heat exchanger. For production smooth or internal grooved pipes are used according to the standard EN 12735-2.

2. Casing

The casing is the bearing structure of the heat exchanger,
which serves to fix it in the working product.
Dimensions and its geometry are executed according to
your requirements.

3. Connections:

Collectors serve for supply\remove of coolant to the heat exchanger. Headers can be made with threaded connection, flange connection soldering or welding. Drainage and air bleeding are provided in the collectors. During manufacturing, the rolling method is used. For connection in evaporators, a distributor is used, made individually due to the thermodynamic characteristics of the heat exchanger.
